Hi, I am a board certified generalist orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports, trauma, foot and ankle, hand cases, and also for the medical legal aspect of medicine such as independent medical examinations and expert witness cases. I did my residency at Tripler Army Medical Center, became a staff physician who trained future orthopedic surgeons, and got out of the military and stayed in Hawaii in private practice. Currently enjoying the community of North Shore, Oahu!

Aloha, my name is Regina Baker. I am privileged to serve as your Practice Manager at West Oahu Orthopedics , Inc. I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years. Prior to moving to O’ahu in April of 2019, I attended East Tennessee State University in Johnson City,TN and obtained my Associate of Applied Science in 1999. My experience in the administrative and clinical aspects of healthcare is one that I will continue to utilize to provide excellent customer service for our patients. Outside of work, I enjoy getting together with friends and family. I have recently started exploring the beautiful hiking trails that the island has to offer.

I have worked in specialty practices for a big part of my life and one thing that I have found to be true is that health care can be confusing and scary at times for the patients. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you. I am available at any time to answer questions, offer explanations and resolve any issues or concerns that you may have. I am happy to assist in making each visit to our practice a pleasant and positive experience.
